PACO
Paco graduated from the School of Arts at the Catholic University of Porto in Portugal. While still in college he directed the short-film "Film Without a Story” that won the Grand Prix of the European Capital of Culture Festival - Odyssey of the Images that was screened at the Cannes International Film Festival.

In 2006 he had the opportunity to direct and to start working with some of the most important brands in the local market together with some of the most creatives and significant agencies that are established in Portugal.

As a director he always likes to shot, to explore and to integrate a diversity of languages (stop-motion, 3d, C.G.I, animation) in his commercials and music-videos. He has a strong passion about character-based work, comedic roles and finding the right visual language to support developed characters.

During the last years he has worked with different brands such as Vodafone, Honda, McDonalds, Staples, National Lottery, Danone, Iglo, MiniPreço (dia), Optimus, Sumol, Antena2, TMN, SuperBock, Sagres, Netcabo, AMB3e, Compal, Vigor, etc. He also had the privilege to work with agencies like Young&Rubican, McCann, TBWA, BBDO, JWT, EuroRSCG, Ogilvy, Partners, Fischer and Brandia.

In 2008, the film "MariaMatos - Auto da Barca do Inferno" was shortlisted and nominee for best film in the Portuguese Creative Club. In 2009, the film "Vodafone/Yorn - AlfredoLee" was also shortlisted and nominee for best film in the Portuguese Creative Club.

In 2011, the “Vodafone/Yorn - CorlYorn family” received the Gold prize for the best campaigning of the year and the Bronze award in the category for best film in the Portuguese Creative Club.
